Advanced Assistant Instructor

If you are really serious about working in the industry after completing your training you should consider Reef Gliders' exclusive Advanced Assistant Instructor program. In addition to all PADI Assistant Instructor requirements, we will certify you in the following PADI Specialties:

• Deep Diver
• Underwater Navigator
• Peak Performance Buoyancy

Taking into account the FREE Nitrox and Project AWARE certifications certification we include with all our internships, by the end of your training you will be certified in 5 PADI Specialties. This means that, in addition to your Assistant Instructor rating, you are eligible to be certified as a Master Scuba Diver, the highest non-professional rating recognized by PADI.

If you wish to opt for the Advanced Assistant Instructor you should plan on adding an additional 2 weeks onto your training. The cost of the Advanced Assistant is an extra $250 on top of the price of whichever package you have chosen (see our course prices page).
