Divemaster Interships with Reef Gliders

Reef Gliders has been established in West End for approximately 10 years. It was one of the first PADI 5 Star Resorts and DAN Business Members in the region. We have a staff of experienced instructors, most of whom live on the island full time and have done for many years. This means that all our staff are intimately familiar with diving around the island.

The Reef Gliders Divemaster Internship Program was specifically designed to give its students the best start possible when they start their first full time job opportunity. The divemaster program aims to teach students all that they need to know in order to "hit the floor running" so to speak! This means that a significant portion of the program is spent teaching you additional skills not required by PADI as part of the basic divemaster course.

Imagine an employer faced with a decision between two newly qualified divemasters. One has just completed the basic PADI course, whilst the other has just completed an internship where they were taught all about air fill operations, boat handling skills, equipment servicing, customer service and logistical organisation skills. Which one would you hire?
